Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Special Edition Dark Style

The new Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Special Edition celebrated its premiere at the big one Birthday party in Mandello. There we were able to take a look at the new special model live and were quite enraptured at how casual this sportier, more youthful version of the V7 has become. That’s actually one of the strengths of the Italians: to achieve a big effect with a few small detail and color changes and to arouse the desire of the viewer.

The basis of the new V7 variant is the V7 Stone, i.e. the modern, at the same time simpler variant of the classic. For the first time, however, the Stone is given a glossy finish – otherwise the Stone is always given a matt finish. Together with the grey-red stripes on the tank, the result is a puristic, sporty look, which is also emphasized by the thin-spoked cast wheels.

As a nice addition the V7 Stone Special Edition has graphite-colored valve covers; the sportier, younger look is reinforced by bar-end mirrors, a black anodized aluminum gas cap, red springs on the rear suspension and red contrast stitching on the saddle.

More highlights But are the new rear silencers developed together with Arrow, which give the V7 a completely new look with its short-barreled design and matt black cover. And it’s not just the look that’s improved, but also the performance: Thanks to the Arrows, it’s increased from 65 to 66.5 hp, and the torque from 73 to 75 Newton meters. Incidentally, the Arrow rear silencers will also be available as accessories for the other V7 models.

The new Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Special Edition should be available to order from October. The price in Austria is 10,999 euros – around a thousand more than for the ’22 Stone and 300 euros more than a ’22 Special.
