The Moto G line is a huge success in Brazil and Motorola has been improving the models in this family with each generation. With the arrival of the Moto G84, we have a device with a neat design inherited from the Edge line with a new color in partnership with Pantone. What good does he have to offer? That’s what this TudoCelular analysis will address.

The Moto G84 has a well-known design and comes with two types of finishes, one in matte plastic and the other that imitates leather, with special emphasis on the new Viva Magenta shade. In addition, we have gray and light blue options. In all of them there is a side structure made of plastic and no advanced water resistance certification.

The G84’s 6.55-inch screen delivers Full HD+ resolution on a 120 Hz pOLED panel capable of reproducing a billion colors, but does not support HDR10+ or Dolby Vision like the most advanced from Motorola. The brightness level is good, as are the colors and contrast. The sound quality is powerful and has a good balance between bass, mids and treble, despite having a little distortion at maximum volume.

Performance is due to the Snapdragon 695, an old Qualcomm hardware that has been used in intermediaries launched since 2021. The national model comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage and did well in our performance test focused on multitasking. It also doesn’t struggle to handle the most demanding games.

The 5,000 mAh battery performed well in our test following 32 hours of moderate use and is close to others with larger batteries. The recharging time may not be impressive, but it is above average, spending just over 1 hour plugged in. The charger that comes in the box delivers a maximum power of 33W.

The photographic set is made up of just two cameras, but the secondary one plays the role of ultra-wide, depth sensor and macro, which results in a complete set. The main 50 MP takes good photos, although it lacks in HDR and suffers a little in places with poor light. The camcorder does not record in 4K due to limitations of the old hardware and suffers with night shooting.

Is the Moto G84 worth buying? It might have older hardware for a better experience with its cameras, but it is a cool cell phone that pleases with its design, multimedia, performance and battery, as you can see in the full analysis at the link below:

The Moto G84 was launched in Brazil in September by R$ 1.999. Below you will find the best offers:
