Zikri Daulay admitted that at first he did not want to raise the issue of Syakir Daulay, who had not returned home for two years. Initially, Zikri Daulay still hoped that his sister’s problems could be resolved amicably.
“That’s why we never had this problem at first,” said Zikri Daulay when met in the Jagakarsa area, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/2).
However, Syakir Daulay did not show good faith even though the family route had been taken to resolve the issue. It is said that Syakir Daulay still has no intention of returning home.
“We have submitted it, we have met it directly. But there has been no change,” he explained.
Zikri Daulay also revealed that his mother was crying because Syakir Daulay did not come home.
“Every day my mother cries, saying ‘Bang, please say Shakir, I miss you’, or all kinds of things. Even that, we still have time to endure. So, if we are now up, it’s not just us a day or two,” said Zikri Daulay.
Unable to see his mother’s sadness, Zikri Daulay finally revealed this problem to the public. The reason is, Zikri Daulay knows that his younger brother is hungry for the camera spotlight.
Even though he is aware that this will cause new problems, Zikri Daulay doesn’t mind. For him, the most important thing is that his mother can meet Syakir Daulay, even if only briefly.
“He wouldn’t come if the media didn’t exist, sorry to say. That’s a fact,” he said firmly.
“The important thing is that my mother is happy that she came,” continued Zikri Daulay.
As is well known, the parents of Zikri Daulay and Syakir Daulay had confided in their hearts about their son who had never returned home since leaving. In fact, Syakir Daulay is said to have never had any communication with his family.
Previously, Syakir Daulay had denied the accusation that he was a disobedient child. In fact, yesterday, Monday (27/2) Syakir Daulay shared the moment he returned home and met his family.
However, the family actually thinks that Syakir Daulay’s return is just an image and not to solve problems with his parents. The reason is that Syakir Daulay did not apologize to his parents at the meeting.
“He only came to say hi, make (Instagram) Stories, already. Maybe it’s just for publicity for him,” said Zikri Daulay.
In fact, Zikri Daulay said that he had not had time to talk to Syakir Daulay to solve the problem. However, Zikri Daulay was reluctant to tell what problem he wanted to discuss with his younger sibling.
“So the case is not yet closed between Syakir and his family. There are still internal matters that want to be discussed until they are resolved,” explained Zikri Daulay.
“This is an internal problem that we want to solve with Syakir and there is no need for the media,” he concluded.
