In dialogue with EL TIEMPO, Guerrero expressed his disagreement with the passivity of the authorities in the investigation of this event that occurred on April 3 in the tourism sector of Buritacarural area of ​​the capital of Magdalena.

Guerrero pointed out that in constant communications he has had with the Policeman and the Prosecutor’s Office told him that there is still nothing concrete in the investigation and that the mother’s interview is still pending.

The woman, through her lawyer, has expressed that she is not in adequate mental health to refer to this fact.

Despite her justification for not appearing to answer the questions regarding her son’s death, Jenny Higuera did go to court to denounce Guerrero for domestic violence and request a precautionary measure of removal.

This action keeps the man outraged, who does not understand how he is not able to clarify the causes of the 15-month-old boy’s death, but he is able to cause more problems with false accusations.

“At no time have I looked for her or her family to claim them; I have only looked for help in the media so that justice is done for the death of my son who was left lying on a beach, as if it were any object, “said the father.

Higuera’s whereregardings are a mystery, according to Edwin, who presumes he has been delaying the entire process to avoid being prosecuted for this case, in which he is increasingly convinced that he had all the intention and responsibility.

“I will continue to insist to the investigators that they reach the ultimate consequences and do not allow this death that has left me so much pain to go unpunished. It is not fair what happened to my baby and now what they intend to do to me, “she pointed out.

So far, the Prosecutor’s Office has not said anything concrete regarding this case. The only thing that is known is that the 15-month-old baby who was found abandoned in the Buritaca Beach died by drowning.
