A Texas boy surprised his mom when the 2-year-old ordered 31 hamburgers through a cell phone app without her knowledge.
The baby’s name is Barrett and it was the same mother who shared her story, following taking what had happened with humor.
According to the mother, she was working on the computer when her baby took the cell phone.
Kelsey brushed it off, thinking Barrett was taking photos, until she received a notification from the restaurant and later a knock on her door in Kingsville asking if she had ordered 31 burgers.
But Barrett not only ordered food but also tipped the driver more than $16, totaling nearly $100 for the entire order.
“I have 31 hamburgers from McDonald’s if anyone is interested, apparently my 2-year-old son knows how to order through Doordash,” the mom wrote on Facebook following the boy ordered food through the app using his cell phone.
The mom said she learned her lesson and will never leave her phone unlocked once more. She agreed with Kelsey she divided the food among some of her neighbors. Without a doubt, the minor made the whole neighborhood happy.
