Mother fights against DIF Hidalgo; claims that her newborn baby was taken away from her

What was supposed to be a joyous moment for a mother turned into a nightmare after she believed that her newborn daughter had been taken from the hospital by deception, although in reality she was taken from her by the Hidalgo DIF.
