Most of the ministers of the Court are like employers’ lawyers who do not represent the people: AMLO President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador assured that the majority of ministers from Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) who are employer lawyers and they do not represent the peoplebut to companies.
“I support what happened yesterday, it is very unfortunate that the ministers of the Court, I don’t know if all of them – there are ministers on the Court who have a social dimension – the majority and this happens throughout the Power of attorneyThey are like employer lawyers to put it clearly, they do not represent the people, they represent the companies.
“That’s how they were formed, that’s how they chose them during the neoliberal period or neoporphyrist. That’s his conception, that’s his mindset,” he said.
