On the Yeongdong Expressway in the Gangneung direction, congestion is forming in the 2km section from the vicinity of the Masong Tunnel to Yongin.
Departure from the Seoul tollgate at 2 pm on the same day and arrive at major cities in Busan 4 hours 30 minutes, Ulsan 4 hours 10 minutes, Mokpo 3 hours 40 minutes, Gwangju 3 hours 20 minutes, Daegu 3 hours 30 minutes, Gangneung 2 Time 40 minutes, Daejeon 1 hour 40 minutes, etc.
The national traffic volume on that day was expected to be 4.32 million units, and the Road Corporation predicted that 390,000 vehicles would move from the metropolitan area to the provinces and 390,000 units from the provinces to the metropolitan area.
The Road Corporation predicted that most of the congestion in the direction of Goseong, which peaked around 3~4pm, would be resolved around 4~5pm.
