Al-Ahly’s board of directors, headed by Mahmoud Al-Khatib, held a meeting this evening, Saturday, at the club’s headquarters on Al-Jazeera, to discuss many important files related to the club’s various sectors..
The most prominent decision of this meeting was the Board’s approval of Hossam Ghaly, a member of the Board, as a representative of the Board of Directors in the Football Planning Committee, following he had previously been chosen as a coordinator between the club’s management and the football company.
It was also included in the set of decisions:
Adopting the formation of the Human Resources Committee, headed by Ameri Farouk, vice president of the club, and the membership of: Khaled Murtaji, treasurer, executive director, financial director, director of personnel affairs, and head of the club’s workers union.
Formation of the club’s employees’ benefits committee headed by Tariq Kandil, a member of the board of directors, in addition to his chairmanship of the membership affairs committee, provided that the workers’ benefits committee includes in its membership: the executive director, the financial director, the director of personnel affairs, the head of the union committee for workers, and two employees in the club.
Assigning Mohamed El-Garhy, a member of the board of directors, as well as the club’s executive director, to prepare a memorandum of understanding for cooperation with the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency “Misr Projects”, to support Al-Ahly club members in training and managing these projects, while providing funding opportunities to manage them..
– Approval of the proposal submitted by the Director General of Sports Activity and the directors of the academies for various sports activities, regarding the provision of facilities to club members, to apply a 10% discount to the second son and 15% to the third son in the event they participate in the activities of the various Al Ahly academies.
Adopting the implementation of the decision of the National Council for Wages regarding setting the minimum wage for club employees.
– Approval of the formation of the board of directors of Al-Ahly magazine, headed by Al-Khatib, and the membership of: Al-Amri Farouk, Vice President, Khaled Murtaji, Muhammad Seraj Al-Din, member of the council, and Ibrahim Al-Munisi, editor-in-chief of the magazine.
The formation of the executive office of the club headed by Al-Amri Farouk, Vice Chairman of the Board, and the membership of Khaled Murtaji, Treasurer, and Muhammad Shawqi, Muhannad Magdy and Muhammad Al-Jarhi, members of the Board of Directors.
– Approval of Mahmoud Al-Khatib assuming the presidency of the board of directors of Al-Ahly Media Production Company, and Al-Amri Farouk, vice president of the club, assuming the position of managing director of the company.
