In April, Moser Holding takes over the private television station Tirol TV. So far, the media house already held 39.5 percent of the shares, the rest was in the hands of the agency P8.
With the takeover, the moving image range of the “Tiroler Tageszeitung” and other media brands of the company are to be “significantly expanded”, as stated in a press release. The television station will also move to Innsbruck’s Museumstrasse and broadcast from a newly furnished studio. “Offering news using moving images is becoming increasingly important for all media types. The complete takeover of Tirol TV therefore comes at the right time and gives us even more flexibility in the design and further development of Tirol TV,” says Moser Holding CEO Hermann Petz.
