Moscow terror attack: we may have the identity of the perpetrator

The Islamic State issued a statement in which they claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack once morest Crocus City in Moscow. According to the Islamic State, all the perpetrators were able to escape.

The Russian authorities have not confirmed that they actually carried out the attack, a there is still no officially released information regarding the suspects.

Based on local reports, bearded, Caucasian-looking men committed murder in the concert hall, but there is still no credible evidence of this. So far, very little credible, or at least what appears to be, information regarding the suspects of the terrorist attack has appeared.

Earlier, a video of Russian police taking a man away in handcuffs was shown, but according to more recent news, he was not one of the shooters, but had a different reason for being detained.

In recent days, there have been several smaller clashes between cells linked to the Islamic State and the Russian authorities.
