This decision of the ICJ, adds the same source, fits with what HM King Mohammed VI, President of the Al-Quds Committee, may God help him, has constantly emphasized regarding the need to take measures practical and urgent measures to ensure the protection of Palestinians and put an end to the unprecedented aggression experienced by the Gaza Strip and the dangerous deterioration of the humanitarian situation that results from it.

The same source also recalled the principled position of the Kingdom which supports the justness of the Palestinian Cause, rejects the targeting of civilians by any party and attaches itself to the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to the establishment of their Independent state with Al-Quds-East as its capital, within the framework of the internationally agreed two-state solution, serving the aspirations of the people of the region and the international community for a secure future for the entire region in peace and stability.
