The Moroccan King, King Mohammed VI, donated blood to benefit the earthquake victims. This generous gesture embodies the royal care and expresses the King’s full solidarity and compassion for the victims and the bereaved families.

This royal initiative enhances moral support for the various initiatives and measures taken to rescue, assist and accompany the people affected by the Al Haouz earthquake.

The royal initiative comes during a visit by the Moroccan King to the Mohammed VI University Hospital Center in Marrakesh, where he inspected the health condition of the injured, victims of the painful earthquake that occurred on Friday, September 8, and caused significant human and material losses in many parts of the Kingdom.

The King also visited the recovery and hospital services for earthquake victims, where he inquired regarding the health condition of the injured people, as well as the health services provided to them by the medical teams mobilized following this major natural disaster.
