An already wide deployment in the student environment

To be healthy is to be in good physical and mental health. Mental health is an integral part of our overall health. The World Health Organization states that“good mental health enables individuals to achieve self-fulfilment, overcome the normal stresses of life, perform productive work and contribute to the life of their community”. In this positive sense, mental health is the foundation of an individual’s well-being and the proper functioning of a society.
