The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says more than 550 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank since October 7.
In addition, more than 1,000 attacks by illegal Jewish settlers have been documented since then, and nearly 1,400 people, including 660 children, have been displaced by settler violence and access restrictions.
The report also said the donor-funded school, serving 39 school students and ten kindergarten students, was demolished by Israeli authorities for not having a building permit in Area C of Hebron governorate.
Separately, based on documentation collected by Defense for Children International Palestine (DCIP), it was reported that Israeli forces shot and killed a 14-year-old Palestinian boy in the village of Deir Abu Mishal.
Ghassan Zahran was shot and killed in a Palestinian village located west of Ramallah in the occupied central West Bank.
DCIP said Israeli settlers and soldiers attacked Palestinian residents who tried to reach Ghassan as he bled.

“A group of Israeli settlers gathered following Israeli soldiers shot Ghassan and began throwing stones at Palestinian villagers who tried to reach him. Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians to prevent them from reaching the child, who remained lying on the ground bleeding for 15 to 20 minutes,” DCIP said.
Israeli forces and settlers killed 56 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank in 2024, including two US citizens, according to documentation collected by DCIP.
“The unlawful killing of Palestinian children has become commonplace as Israeli forces are increasingly empowered to use lethal force intentionally in unjustified situations. In short, these are war crimes without consequences,” said Ayed Abu Eqtaish, director of the accountability programme at DCIP. (Al Jazeera/Z-3)
