A strike rarely goes smoothly; Hospital users have been witnessing this for several weeks. The third sequence of walkouts by healthcare professionals results in the postponement of more than 3,000 non-urgent appointments and at least 200 surgeries at the University Hospital Center (CHU) of Quebec.
