Placed under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, the 32nd edition of the International Marathon of Marrakech will see the massive participation of Moroccan athletes and no less than 4,500 foreign runners from all over the world, announced Mohamed Knidiri, president of the Grand Atlas Association, organizer of the event in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, the Royal Moroccan Athletics Federation and the wilaya of the city of Marrakech. Mr. Knidiri also highlighted the socio-economic impact and the remarkable contribution of this event to the influence and international promotion of the tourist destination of Marrakech, highlighting the rich and diversified program of this edition.
The event will take place on a beautiful circuit considered among the fastest of the international marathons, along the alleys of palm trees, orange trees and olive trees, but also the ramparts of the city. In continuity, the MIM not only aims to regain the place it once occupied in the list of prestigious international marathons, but even more, to become the unmissable international meeting place for all the stars of this beautiful sporting discipline. .
