Next Sunday’s Avellaneda classic between Independiente and Racing Club changed its schedule for “security reasons,” the Professional Soccer League (LPF) reported in a statement.
The match, valid for the 12th date of the LPF, was scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and was brought forward to 4:30 p.m. at the request of the Agency for the Prevention of Violence in Sport (Aprevide), due to inmates from the local club’s bar .
It is that Independiente currently has three factions of bars, something similar to what happens in its classic rival, and for this reason they generally do not play at night.
In addition, Newell’s Old Boys from Rosario will receive River from 7:00 p.m. and not from 4:30 p.m. as scheduled.
