The Associated Press and Fox News quoted Biden’s attorneys as saying on January 14 that this is the third number of classified documents found at Biden’s home.

Previously, classified documents were found in Biden’s garage and at his former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington in December and November, respectively. These are documents from when Biden was Vice President of the United States.

According to a statement by White House lawyer Richard Sauber, a total of six pages of classified documents were found during the search that took place at the private library of the family. President Joe Biden. Earlier, the White House said, only found one page of classified documents.

Mr. Sauber said Biden’s personal lawyers stopped searching following discovering the first page of classified documents on the evening of January 11. He later found the remaining documents on January 12, when he assisted the Justice Department in recovering these documents.

Finding secret documents at home Mr. Biden led to Republicans accusing the sitting president of mishandling classified documents in the same way that former President Donald Trump allegedly did. Democrats have opposed this comparison.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed Robert Hur as special counsel to investigate President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents and official records from the Obama administration. In connection with the investigation of sensitive cases involving high-ranking officials, the US Department of Justice often appoints special prosecutors, independent of the Department of Justice to ensure objectivity and integrity. Biden’s case is no exception.

Before that, President Joe Biden was surprised to learn that classified documents were found in his office and home.
