Unlike analogue solutions for pressure measurement, Wika’s CPG1200 and CPG1500 portable instruments are based on digital measurement technology, which allows precise and reliable pressure measurements to be achieved.

Demanding process conditions often require specific fittings. Thanks to a wide selection of membrane separators, digital pressure gauges can be used in almost all measuring situations.

A separator transfers the process pressure via a diaphragm and a system filling fluid to avoid possible problems associated with excessively aggressive fluids. If the liquids to be measured are aggressive, corrosive, toxic or crystallizing, direct contact can actually damage the reliability and service life of the digital pressure gauge.

To achieve a simple workflow, the myWika device app, Wika-Cal and Wika-DCS solutions offer several options for processing log data.

With the myWika app, digital pressure gauges can be configured for calibration and recording tasks using mobile devices via Bluetooth.

With its clear user interface, the Wika-DCS configuration software offers a simple solution for configuring digital pressure gauges.

Model DTK1X00 gauge kit may include CPG1200 or Model CPG1500 digital pressure gauge and a pneumatic or hydraulic hand pressure pump. The instruments are stored in a sturdy case.
