The consequences of a corona infection can last for many months or even years, that much is now clear. Many people are still affected following more than a year and a half, mainly due to the post-Covid syndrome of morbid exhaustion. That shows one in the trade magazine eClinicalMedicine published Study of the Berlin University Hospital Charité, which has just been published. For this purpose, 106 people were examined over a period of 20 months who, six months following their corona infection, were still suffering from severe fatigue, a kind of “lead exhaustion”.
