A mophie announced yesterday an improved version of the famous 3-in-1 travel charger — given that the previous one caused a certain headache for the company. In the newly launched model, the accessory supports fast charging for the Apple Watch and delivers up to 15W of power when recharging iPhones via MagSafe.
Maintaining the compact design of the latest version, the device has a foldable shape, making it convenient for traveling. It has a space for iPhones, another for AirPods and another for Apple Watches — recharging all three devices simultaneously.
A notable improvement is in its construction, now more sustainable, with an ecological fabric made with up to 50% recycled plastic bottles. Its case not only houses the charger, but also offers pockets for organizing cables and one for AirTags.
In a press release, Brad Bellsenior vice president of marketing at mophie, highlighted the product’s evolution:
The mophie 3-in-1 Travel Charger with MagSafe has redefined the art of efficient charging, ensuring your devices stay powered and your journey remains uninterrupted. The product is already a bestseller, but we have made improvements in our continuous effort to pursue excellence. We believe consumers will love what they see.
Now with MagSafe and Made for iPhone (MFi) certificates, the charger costs US$150 and it is available on the Apple Store Online e on the official ZAGG website, but only in the USA. Included in the box are a USB-C cable, a 30W USB-C PD adapter and the case.
