Meanwhile, the apartment where Lee Ji-hye, Yoo Jae-seok, and Kang Ho-dong are living is a large apartment complex of regarding 6,300 households located in Apgujeong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to the real transaction price disclosure system of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, at the beginning of this year, the 144.2 m² dedicated apartment was sold for regarding 5 billion won. In the case of a dedicated 196.21㎡, it was traded for regarding 8 billion won. This is known to be the third highest price (as of May) among apartment complexes sold in Seoul this year.
