This evening, the Canadian will face the Boston Bruins. Don’t expect to see Milan Lucic in the latter’s lineup, he who was arrested for a “domestic altercation” last night.
He was injured in his lower body anyway, but let’s say it’s concerns far removed from hockey that are worrying in his case at the moment.
As for the Canadian’s lineup, Martin St-Louis has just spoken to the media and, as one might think, it is Jake Allen who will get the start this evening.
After Samuel Montembeault on Tuesday and Cayden Primeau on Thursday, logic dictated that it was his turn to be in front of the net this evening.
Head coach Martin St-Louis confirms that Jake Allen will be in net once morest the Bruins tonight.

As for the rest of the lineup, the 12 forwards who played Thursday will be in uniform once more, which means that Rafaël Harvey-Pinard will not be in uniform tonight.
Martin St-Louis did not comment on the composition of his trios, but yesterday, they were unchanged in training. There is therefore reason to believe that they will remain the same.
However, as for the defensive brigade, Arber Xhekaj will not be in uniform. His shoulder injury will prevent him from playing tonight, so Jordan Harris will take his place in the lineup.
Remember that #54 got the green light to return to play yesterday, and it will happen today.
#Habs line-up change vs. Boston:
Jordan Harris IN / Arber Xhekaj (upper-body) OUT— Priyanta Emrith (@HabsInHighHeels) November 18, 2023
For Xhekaj, it’s obviously a shame to see that he will have to skip his turn, but we can believe that he avoided the worst. The defender’s mother wanted to reassure everyone X/Twitter yesterday (in a since-deleted post, however)and we might also see a reassuring clue.
When he got off the plane yesterday, he didn’t have a brace on his arm. This is already a good sign.
Good news: Arber Xhekaj was not wearing an arm brace when he got off the plane late in the followingnoon in Boston. #Shoulder pic.twitter.com/DmdgYCIxkh

We will therefore see if Xhekaj will have to be absent for a long period of time, but tonight, at least, he will not be there.
Jake Allen and Jordan Harris will be there, at least.
A lot of
– Not impossible.
Arber Xhekaj, a target across the NHL? Ivan Barbashev’s check perhaps testifies to this:

Another very good quote from Martin St-Louis, this morning in Boston “We have to be a thermostat, not a thermometer. You have to sort it out” #rds #ch

– Well done.
Here’s a reminder, Canada, that *your* voice matters.
After the outcry and public humiliation the CFL went through for having only English stadium signage at Grey Cup, I’m told a last-minute paint job is coming for two ‘LCF’ logos on each 25-yard-line for Sunday’s game.

– Will it weigh heavily in the balance?
And this, even if it is magnificent.
