An altercation in an establishment on Saint-Denis Street degenerated in Montreal overnight from Saturday to Sunday and left two stab wounds.
Around 2:30 a.m., police officers from the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) arrived to rescue the two victims of this assault, two men aged 24 and 34. According to police information, the conflict involving the two victims and three suspects began inside and moved outside, at the corners of Saint-Denis and Emery streets.
The injuries of the two victims are apparently serious, but their state of health remains to be determined by the SPVM.
The police are looking for surveillance cameras of nearby businesses to better understand the origins of this conflict.
