François Fontès, architect and owner of the Sauramps bookstores, confirmed the exchange between the two commercial leases of the Odysseum complex.
For several months, the information had become an open secret. The Sauramps Odysseum bookstore, following having closed its space on the ground floor of the shopping complex for several weeks (it retains level 1), was looking for a new location more in line with the flow of its activity.
An exchange of leases
It would be done, according to François Fontès, the famous architect and big boss of the bookstore who confirmed the “exchange” between the commercial leases of the Zara store in Odysseum and Sauramps. The clothing company, contacted, has not yet attested to this geographical displacement of its space. In 2017, François Fontès took over, with Bertrand Barascud, his partner in the real estate company Ametis, the Sauramps bookstore.
