Economist Fritz Alphonse Jean filed his documents on Monday to lead the disruptive political transition, under the terms of the August 30 Agreement. At the Monitoring Office of the agreement, in Pétion-Ville, the former governor of the Central Bank accompanied by the former mayor of Pétion-Ville, Claire Lydie Parent and a dozen activists, says he is confident in his chances to reach the direction of the State, at the highest level.

He reports that he informed the members of the BSA of the documents required, including a certificate of good morals and morals, a discharge certificate for having been an accountant of public funds, a curriculum vitae and a document expressing his understanding of the political transition of rupture.

The candidate also welcomed the choice made by delegates from the Louisiana Summit on him to lead the transition, but renewed his attachment to the Montana Accord. Fritz Alphonse Jean, says he is honored to serve the country and calls for a common political agreement likely to safeguard collective interests.

A step in the right direction towards the application of the Montana Accord, he insisted. The former head of the Bank of Banks evokes his mission drawn in the roadmap of the agreement articulated in the reform of the judicial system, the fight once morest insecurity, massive employment for the benefit of young people, the recovery of the State, among others.

The former mayor of Pétion-Ville who accompanied the candidate justifies the choice of the former governor of the Central Bank of Haiti by the need to transform the State. Claire Lydie Parent calls on the former city councilors and local authorities to combine their efforts for the success of the rupture transition.
