Montana Aerospace and advisors have begun to gauge investor interest in the shares, according to the information.
The IPO of the copper components specialist is to take place on the Vienna Stock Exchange and might take place as early as June, it was said. However, final decisions on the scope and timing of the IPO are still pending.
Berenberg, Commerzbank, Erste and Montana Aerospace did not comment on this. But as early as March, the manufacturer of components for aviation, the energy sector and e-mobility announced that it was examining options for the energy sector.
