We are talking regarding the fact that a clause will be introduced into the law on the state border that the country’s borders will be able to be guarded by representatives of foreign and international specialized agencies. Also, these representatives are allowed to import, carry and use weapons for protection and protection on the territory of Moldova.

It is reported that only 29 deputies supported the initiative to amend the law, the majority opposed it.

In addition, it is worth noting that the country’s Ministry of Defense stressed that these amendments are necessary in order to carry out joint border patrols with the European border police and coast guard service.
