Vrishabha has announced actor Mohanlal’s next film following the second part of Lucifer. The film is an emotional drama that spans generations and focuses on the relationship between a son and a father. The film, which the makers say will explore the battle between the two main emotions of love and revenge, has Mohanlal in the role of a father. The Telugu actor will play the role of the son, whose name will be announced soon.
Directed by Nanda Kishore, the multilingual drama is produced by Abhishek Vyas, Praveer Singh and Shyam Sundar. It is expected to hit theaters in May 2023 and hit theaters in 2024. It will be released in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi languages.Director Kishore shared that he has been writing Vrishabha for the past five years and is now excited to take it on floors with megastar Mohanlal. Mohanlal also said that Vrishabhan’s script made him excited to be a part of the film. “As soon as I heard the script, I was drawn to the idea of Vrishabha. It’s an exciting father-son high-energy drama that spans a lifetime. I am impressed with Nanda Kishore’s vision and am delighted to partner with AVS Studios on this debut film,” he shared.
