Mohanlal, a perfectionist director, has done an event in Vaaliban – Sethu Sivanandan

Mohanlal is gearing up for the release of his directorial debut Barrows. Jijo Ponnoos has written the script for the film, which stars Mohanlal as Bhutam, the treasure keeper of Vasgoda Gama.

Sethu Sivanandan, the concept artist of the film, shares his experiences with Mohanlal. In an interview to the reporter, Sethu said that as a director he gives great importance to perfection and as a person he is the most simple man.

Director Mohanlal is a person who gives great importance to perfection. Even if a co-director makes a mistake, he notices it and makes necessary corrections. Laletan is a director who looks at things so carefully that he reminds him to change the flower brought the day before if it has withered.

In addition to directing, one has to act in a heavy costume. It is a difficult thing. He has done it beautifully.

Also full credit goes to Laleton and Jijo sir for that look of Barros. They had given so many references. Many sketches were done according to their instructions.

As a person, Lalettan is the most simple man I have ever met. There is no escape. We get his positive energy when we are close. He is also very supportive of artists.

There is one thing that I will never forget, or that makes me happy. Laleton’s new flat was milked recently. After shining in this field for so many years, he invited less than 50 people to that function. I was one of them. It is a great fortune.

He has also done many personal paintings with me. Those are things that bring a lot of joy. Malaikottai Valibanai has also had an incident. I won’t say that now, it’s a bit of a surprise,’ Sethu said.
