A new study, published in the European Heart Journal – Digital Health, confirmed that talking using a mobile phone for 30 minutes or more per week increases the risk of developing high blood pressure.

3- Eye strain

Looking at a phone screen for long periods of time can lead to eye strain, which can lead to dry eyes, blurred vision, and headaches. Excessive screen time can also lead to obesity.

4- It affects concentration
