“Al-Quds Al-Arabi”: The Syrian artist Mutasim Al-Nahar responded to some of the criticisms leveled at the second part of the Zahra Salon series.
Moatasem Al-Nahar pointed out that some criticized the second part of the series because of the distinctive impression that the first part left on them, saying: “The works that turn into parts are always the first impression of the first part is very distinctive, and the audience expects that the second part will not be good, which is a prejudice.”
And he continued, in an interview with the ET Arabic program, that the audience’s interaction with the second part was greater, and he touched this through the comments he received.
He added, “For me, I felt that the audience’s interaction with the second part was greater, and in terms of my character, Anas, the audience loved her more and interacted with her, and all the comments made me happy.”
Moatasem Al-Nahar thanked the audience for watching the series Salon Zahra Spoon, saying: “And with thanks to all the audience, everyone who followed the series, and even the criticisms, I respect them. Praise be to God, the second part was distinguished, at the same level as the first part, and better.”
Moatasem Al-Nahar had previously indicated his admiration for the personality of Anas and the role he plays, saying, “This type of role is new to me and appeals to me, as it carries funny comic situations, events and love stories.”
Moatasem Al-Nahar praised the interaction between the artists in the work, saying: “The romantic aspect of the work is promising, and all circumstances and factors serve us in terms of text, directing, and interaction between the actors in general and between Nadine and Benny in particular.”
For her part, Nadine Njeim revealed some hidden aspects of Zahra’s personality, saying: “Zahra is like the simple people we meet daily in our lives, who try to create a profession to make a living from it, and she is convinced that if she is not able to defend herself, she will not find anyone to defend her.” .
