Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis expressed his satisfaction with the fact that the country’s digital progress is reflected in the EU indicators during his visit to the Ministry of Digital Governance.
“We will use,” he said, “technology to improve the daily lives of citizens and we will use technology to increase the productivity of the public sector.”
The prime minister also said that very soon the framework for the use of artificial intelligence by the EU will be implemented and he referred to two actions.
“The policy in space and the information we will have from satellites that will be implemented within the next two years and will contribute to land registration and also to the detection of arbitrary construction. Also, in the Land Registry where progress has been made and by 2025 this project will be a reality and I want to focus on the huge and developmental importance of the project”. “We want to take the lead,” said Kyriakos Mitsotakis, “in the field of artificial intelligence, and one of the EU’s supercomputers will be built in our country.”
He also characterized the wallet as a very important tool and referred to the consent service where with one click we save paperwork.
