Some are keen to follow a diet in order to lose weight, but they may not notice any real results despite their commitment to eating healthy foods.

1- Complete abstinence from fats
The body needs healthy fats to lose weight, as they allow you to resist food cravings and increase your metabolism.
Eating fat does not mean that a person gets fast food meals, but rather choose healthy fats, such as olive oil, coconut oil, and almonds.
2-Eat large quantities of healthy foods
It is usually recommended to eat healthy foods, but certainly not to overeat them. Although they contain important nutrients, eating a lot of food, no matter how healthy, causes weight gain instead of losing it.
3- Relying on sports without a healthy diet
Some people think that exercise is the most important thing for losing weight, but physical activity without healthy foods will never help you lose weight.
Eating sugary foods and carbohydrates leads to fatigue, lethargy, and increased inflammation, and thus weight gain.
4- Buying diet products
There are many products that are sold as diet-friendly foods, but the truth is that they contain preservatives, fat, sugar and sodium, which increases waist circumference and health in general, so home-cooked foods must be adhered to to make sure they are healthy and fresh.
5-Waiting to feel hungry
Starving the body will never help you lose weight. When a person does not get enough calories, their resting metabolism can slow down significantly, causing the body to burn calories more slowly than it did before.
