Missing sixty-year-old found burned in Villa Bahía

A commission tracked the vehicle and was deployed to the sector where they found the citizen.

The search for the woman in her sixties who had disappeared last Friday -August 12- culminated when she was found burned in the Villa Bahía sector of Puerto Ordaz.

According to the details received, María Teresa Díaz de Didenot was murdered the same day she disappeared.

After a commission attached to the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) tracked the victim’s vehicle, they moved to Villa Bahía, where the last location was reported.

After searching the sector, they found Diaz’s body burned.

The investigations continue in process.

Four days

María Teresa Díaz de Didenot was missing for four days. Her relatives indicated that on Friday morning the sixty-year-old went to a meeting at a company in Villa Colombia, Puerto Ordaz, and that she never returned.

The 62-year-old woman was traveling in her blue Chevrolet Aveo vehicle, plates AI645FA.

Díaz de Didenot lived in the Arivana urbanization, in Puerto Ordaz, adjacent to the Gonzalo Méndez school.
