Missing California 5-year-old boy was dragged from his mother’s arms by floods, desperate search continues

At least 20 people have died in the severe storm that has hit the US state of California. A young child has also been missing since Monday morning. Kyle Doan, 5, was torn from his mom’s arms by flood water following their car was swept away and filled with water. Yesterday, at least 100 National Guard members arrived to assist in the desperate search for the boy, and more troops are arriving today.
