Today, Tuesday, the October Misdemeanor Court ruled that it does not have jurisdiction to hear the case accusing Mortada Mansour of insulting and slandering the journalist, Amr Adeeb.
The journalist, Amr Adib, filed a lawsuit against Mortada Mansour, accusing him of insulting, slandering, defaming him, and insulting him with extraneous words, through the Zamalek Club channel and the social networking site “Facebook.”
The investigation authorities decided earlier to refer Mortada Mansour for trial before the October Misdemeanor Court, on charges of insulting and slandering the media, Amr Adeeb.
