It is an ordinary family that fell into absolute horror one summer evening in 2020 in the Pays d’Aix. Aged 59, Monique and Gilles Borrelli formed a couple of passionate musicians since adolescence. He was a violinist, she an opera singer with a rare range, which earned her a solid reputation in the region. Between two concerts, they led a peaceful life in a pavilion in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, with Guillaume, their adopted son, a sturdy 18-year-old guy.
