On the followingnoon of this Saturday, July 1, an unusual case was attended by the El Carmen de Viboral Fire Department, when they received a call alerting that a woman was regarding to give birth near the main park of the municipality.
The Fire Department told Primero Oriente that: “At 5:54 p.m. they call us that a pregnant woman has minor pains, below the Confiar Cooperative, we left 7 units immediately with a first-aid kit to attend to the call. Upon arriving at the site, the surrogate mother gives birth to a beautiful child, due process is carried out for care, she gets into the ambulance and is transferred to the local hospital, the 21-year-old girl is a resident of the village of Alto Grande.”

We learned that the woman managed to be taken to a nearby cafeteria where the child was born.
