As part of the health programs developed by the National Executive, the General Hospital of Lídice Dr. Jesús Yerena, in Caracas, begins recruiting applications for admission to fourth-level advanced studies, aimed at doctors in different specialties; This process is organized by the Ministry of Popular Power for Health (MPPS), through the Vice Ministry of Comprehensive Health (VSI), with a date extended until December 15 for the receipt of documents.

«With this call, studies are offered in more than 20 areas of health, including cardiology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, nuclear medicine, speech therapy, pathological anatomy, nutrition, imaging, among others, which are integrated into the study system. of Programmed Care Residencies Leading to Specialist Certificates (RAPCCE) and Knowledge Expansion Courses, in order to encourage the entry of trained professionals within the National Public Health System (SPNS), since a doctor must be a constant student to stay updated with technology,” said Yuliana Ramos, vice minister of the VSI.
