Verbal harassment: non-corporal action that intentionally or unintentionally uses language to offend a person.
Cyberbullying: the one that occurs through virtual platforms and technological tools to expose the privacy of the minor.
Sexual harassment: action or omission that threatens, puts at risk or harms the freedom, safety, integrity and psychosexual development of students: lewd looks or words, harassment and involuntary sexual practices, harassment, rape or degrading use of images of the students.
How does the protocol work to prevent, detect, address and eradicate bullying?
In accordance with this Law, a protocol must establish the mechanisms of action in schools, which must be evaluated, issued and authorized by the Secretariat, it must be applied at all levels of basic education.
