According to what Tom Pelissero, of NFL Network, the Vikings would have selected only two candidates: the director of player personnel of the Kansas City Chiefs, Ryan Poles, as well as the vice president of football operations of the Cleveland Browns, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah.

A total of eight candidates, including Raîche, were interviewed during the first round of interviews. The team also published the name of each of them on its social networks once the interview was completed.

The 33-year-old Quebecer will therefore remain in Philadelphia, where she has held the position of vice-president of football operations with the Eagles for a year. Previously, she was coordinator of football operations and player personnel.

Catherine Raîche began her CFL career with the Montreal Alouettes from 2015 to 2017. She moved to the Toronto Argonauts as Director of Administration in 2018 before joining the Eagles in 2019.
