continue Ministryof Supply And internal trade in the disbursement of exceptional support to the most vulnerable families on ration cards until June 30, 2023, when commodities worth more than 833 million pounds are disbursed per month, and the disbursement takes place in the form of commodities from the ration package in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, along with also the ration commodities that are disbursed. For nearly 64 million citizens registered with ration cards and beneficiaries at a cost exceeding 3 billion pounds per month on ration cards.

The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade offers many food commodities to be disbursed within the subsidized ration decisions for the owners of ration cards, and nearly 4 thousand tons of sugar and 3 thousand tons of oil are pumped daily, and a thousand tons of rice, in addition to a thousand tons of pasta, and many other commodities that the citizen needs. On the subsidy card, the goods are disbursed at the value of the subsidy allocated to each citizen registered on the ration cards, and it is disbursed at the value of the allocated subsidy, in addition to offering all basic commodities at reduced prices compared to the same prices of similar products in other markets.

Dr. Ali Al-Moselhy, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, confirmed that the exceptional support for the most vulnerable families will continue to be disbursed on ration cards until June 30, 2023, and that the matter will be discussed at the next cabinet meeting on the possibility of extending the disbursement or otherwise.
