Vienna – The Ministry of Health concluded a contract on Wednesday for the further procurement of the Covid drug Paxlovid, which has become rare in pharmacies. “The new delivery will be available in all Austrian pharmacies in the next few days,” said department head Johannes Rauch (Greens) in a written statement. The manufacturer Pfizer might deliver the necessary quantities immediately, it was initially said, without specifying the order quantity.
