The Ministry added, via the (X) platform, that according to current recommendations, two doses of the shingles vaccine are to be received, two to six months apart, for the 50-year-old age group.
The Ministry of Health added that this includes people who have previously been infected or not, as it helps protect adults from shingles infection and prevent complications of infection.
