Following the violent events recorded in the country on January 9, 2024, the Ministry of Education ordered the change to the non-face-to-face modality (virtual) throughout the National Educational System.

This involves fiscal, fiscommissional, municipal, and private educational institutions.

This change in the modality will occur until Friday, January 12, 2024, that is, the return to face-to-face classes It would take place on Monday, January 15.

It also has the modality of telecommuting for all personnel who work in the educational system at the national level.

The violent events have been unleashed following the escape of José Adolfo Macías Villamar, alias Fito, and the state of emergency that has been in force since January 8.
