The Ministry of Education revealed the cases that allow the student to be absent with excuse or permission during the school year, and not to decide on attendance grades.
The Ministry clarified the rules of behavior and attendance for students of general education for the current academic year 1445 AH, that those who are absent must bring proof of that.
The Ministry added that these are seven cases, namely: reviewing the official authorities (bringing a review notice), what the laws and regulations decide regarding child protection and reviewing the Student Care Unit (bringing a report from the Student Care Unit in the Education Department), and sick leave (approved on the My Health platform). ), and the death of a relative to the fourth degree (bring a death certificate).
The Ministry added that among these cases is also the need to review hospitals and health centers (bring a review notice), and a health escort for a first-degree relative, and the school administration may accept the health escort of relatives to the fourth degree in case it finds an acceptable justification for that (bring an accompanying notice).
