Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce published a defamation of the owner of an institution specializing in the trade of oud and perfumes, a Saudi national named Muhammad Mardi Sawyan Al-Qurashi, in Khamis Mushait Governorate in the Asir region.
The defamation of Al-Qurashi came after a court ruling was issued against him for violating the anti-commercial fraud system after the establishment announced discounts without obtaining a license.
The Ministry announced the ruling issued by the Asir Court of Appeal against the facility located in Khamis Mushait Governorate, which included the imposition of a financial fine, closure for five days, and publication of the ruling at the violator’s expense.
