Asuncion, IP Agency.- The lines of action, stages and progress of the execution of work and projects of the vice-ministries and directorates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock were analyzed during a meeting led by the head of the agricultural portfolio, Carlos Giménez.
Deputy ministers, directors, technicians and chiefs also participated in this meeting with the head of the MAG.
The head of the General Planning Directorate of the MAG, César Duarte, reported that weekly meetings were held on this occasion to present progress on the work.
He also mentioned that two project proposals were presented and the first is for the development of a plan for sustainable production, focused on proper soil management with appropriate implements.
He said that the same plan will also be implemented in the agricultural schools of San Pedro and Caazapá.
The second project is related to the investment in tomato production for 1,000 plants, which will allow production out of season, with the aim of energizing projects in favor of the development of the field, explained the head of the General Planning Directorate, César Duarte.
